TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, scheduling system, and services provided by Lauren Hausheer ("Practitioner," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any session, service, or content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Nature of Services / No Professional Relationship

All sessions, readings, communications, and guidance are provided for informational, educational, spiritual, and personal insight purposes only. Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary, legal, financial, or other professional services.

No doctor–patient, therapist–client, veterinarian–client, attorney–client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by participation in any session or use of the Services. The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, emotional, or veterinary condition.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being, decisions, and actions before, during, and after any session.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that intuitive, spiritual, and energetic services may involve discussion of emotional, psychological, or sensitive subject matter and may evoke emotional responses, memories, insights, or discomfort.

By participating in the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including any emotional or psychological responses, and agree that you are solely responsible for your integration and application of any information received.

3. No Guarantees

No guarantees, representations, warranties, or assurances are made regarding outcomes, accuracy, completeness, or results of any session or guidance. Experiences and results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is promised.

4. Consent to Services

By booking or participating in a session, you affirm that you voluntarily consent to receive intuitive, spiritual, or energetic services and that you understand the nature, scope, and limitations of such services.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to book or participate in any Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, session structures, verbal guidance, written communications, recordings (if any), website content, and proprietary methods provided by the Practitioner are the exclusive intellectual property of the Practitioner and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, sublicense, summarize, adapt, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without the Practitioner’s prior express written consent.

Use of session content for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, data scraping, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.

7. Recording and Confidentiality

Sessions are private and confidential to the extent reasonably possible. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Clients are strictly prohibited from recording sessions (audio, video, screenshots, transcripts, or otherwise) without prior express written consent. Unauthorized recording or distribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8. Payments, Refunds, and No‑Show Policy

All sessions are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, may be issued solely at the Practitioner’s discretion and only in limited circumstances, including Practitioner illness, emergency, or technical failure on the Practitioner’s end that prevents delivery of the Services.

No refunds will be provided for client dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, missed appointments, late arrivals, client-side technical issues, or changes of mind.

A session is considered a no-show if the client fails to attend within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time. No-shows are charged the full session fee.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule or cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.

Sessions are for one individual only unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

10. Virtual Sessions

For virtual sessions, clients are solely responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology. Technical issues on the client’s end do not constitute grounds for refund or rescheduling.

11. Session Conduct

The Practitioner reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate or end a session early without refund if a client engages in disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Practitioner’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall the Practitioner be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, loss of data, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies except where prohibited by law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Force Majeure

The Practitioner shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of Services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, power outages, internet failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. International Clients

The Services are offered globally. By accessing the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

16. Modifications to Terms

The Practitioner reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Practitioner regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
